TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. For booking of appointment, Client has to complete and submit the Spa Party form to Harem at least 5 days before appointment date.
2. Booking is only confirmed once a 20% deposit is made at least 5 days before appointment date.
3. Balance of payment will be paid on the day of appointment. For payment by cheques, please make them payable to ‘Harem Hair and Body Salon
4. For any changes in appointment, notice has to be given to Harem at least 3 days before appointment date. The first change of appointment will not be chargeable. Subsequent changes will carry a fee of $50 per change.
5. For any cancellation of appointment between 5 days or less before appointment date, a penalty fee equivalent to deposit will be forfeited.
6. Should any of the members of the group fail to turn up for the appointment, the Client will continue to be charged for original number of members as stated in this form.
